The second day, you will explore the spiritual and historical core of Kathmandu Valley. Go to the quiet Bedhagnath Stupa, one of the biggest stupas of Buddhism in the world, and visit the complex carvings and historic courtyards of Patan and Bhaktapur. Route Overview

The tour starts as you get to Kathmandu, where you will be taken to the hotel and fitted to go out on your first sightseeing trip. The path is easy and comfortable, it is not too cultural and not too touristy.

On the second day, the trip proceeds over the Kathmandu Valley to Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Squares and Boudhanath Stupa. The last day involves a picturesque drive to Nagarkot to see the sunrise, after which a visit to Kathmandu to see Pashupatinath Temple takes place, before going to the airport.     Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Swayambhunath – Thamel

    Land at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and check in to your hotel. During the afternoon, go to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) to get an overall view of the valley and immerse yourself in the colorful cultural atmosphere. During the evening, walk around Thamel and go through the local stores, cafes and busy streets.

    Day 2: Patan – Bhaktapur – Boudhanath (Optional Everest Flight)

    One-way early morning Everest Scenic Flight to view the Himalayas. Then, tour Patan Durbar Square with its beautiful architecture of Newari and Bhaktapur Durbar Square with its medievalism, with the iconic temples. Finish the day at Boudhanath Stupa, where there is a serene spiritual atmosphere.

    Day 3: Nagarkot – Pashupatinath – Departure

    Get up early and head to Nagarkot to get the sunrise in the Himalayas, with a view of Mount Everest on a clear day. Go back to Kathmandu to Pashupatinath Temple, where there are sacred rituals along the Bagmati River. Move to Tribhuvan International Airport to continue with your journey.
